Its a Fox title. FA does fox titles ... whatever will they do if the steel is comic .... the slipbox needs to be. :p

I'm sure plenty of options for either sides tho. The above felt more cartoony to me then comic like. just imo.

Wouldn't be surprised if kimchi do a sliped/ lenti version too

They sometimes tackle fox releases when it's a WWA dress up and have done with X men in the past. Could be interesting slips all around

well if is comic art for me can keep it, will wait for a proper release year down the line as will happen.
kind of reminds me of all pop art releases of steels and not a fan.

basil

Don't like it one bit, totally undermines the gravitas and tone of the movie to have such childish looking art. Just my opinion.

That is actually a very good point. It suits the source material and is a good reference to the comic books but it doesn't define the film for me. I like the mock-up considerably more.

Correct.
I want the artwork to convey the dark tone of the movie.
Not this comic art shite. Don't give a toss how faithful it is to its source.

I'd love to see the first one (but without the extra text under the title)

My guess is that you're spot on with the first one in that the WWA will be this visual concept recently revealed by Film Arena.

Same visual seen already on the mock-up for France but a cleaner front without the "SON HEURE EST VENUE" text just below the title.

The pick of the bunch - and I do like the orange and brown colouring and the faux wraparound style - although the bunch is no longer a bunch with no artwork confirmation from HMV of different art to the French mock-up and the disappearance of the Pop Art mock-up previously showing on Amazon.In.

This with spot gloss would look awesome! I'd be very happy with that

Wrong. That is FilmArena's WEA concept artwork ;)

Yes, I know it's concept art - something you'll spot in my post - but as the front art is the same as the French mock-up and as the HMV is still unconfirmed and also as the Pop Art has disappeared I'm thinking this will be the final artwork for the HMV et al or at least something very close to it.
Anyway, we shall undoubtedly know soon enough :)
Certainly better this way around and fingers crossed they don't reverse it.

EDIT: Scrub the above . . . looks like the Pop Art has popped up again this time "newly inserted" at Film Arena to replace the orange mock-up leading me to surmise that the "Pop Art" (if we really have to call it that . . . ) is the WWA artwork (artwork I personally don't mind at all):-

"LOGAN generic WWA Steelbook™ Limited Collector's Edition (2 Blu-ray)"

Now just waiting for HMV to update.

Wish fox/ Hmv or whoever would confirm the WWA steel

I'm hoping it's still the comic art and for some reason thought it had been confirmed already but everyone's playing silly buggers (the retailers)
