The collectors edition is not worth the money. The slip is an actual flimsy pos. Thankfully mine arrived damaged, so it'll be going back. The steel is nice, though. I'll probably pick the individual release of it up when the price drops.

There's no doubt this could have been done better but I'm happy with it.
The German mediabook is still the better release quality wise (a real beauty) and both are still better than the UK steelbook...
In terms of the Italian discs, the movie credits and 3 chapter titles ARE in Italian and the extras are on the blu ray only. Haven't checked the extras so I don't know how they play in terms of language, fixed subs, etc...
With the German discs I believe just the 3 chapter titles are in German with the extras on the 4k disc. 4K no HDR...
I have the US 4K disc so I have the option to swap out either the Italian or German disc in favour of that one instead...

You know, even DVD touted seamless branching, and promised us movies in all languages. Now they don't care to bother adding even a couple of subtitles, much less title cards in a few major languages, like THE ORIGINAL one at least. It's pathetic really, and a shame.

... It's their new form of region coding..

Prior to release the 4K disc specs went from 4K with HDR & Dolby Vision to just 4K with no HDR with preorder availability being sketchy. Clearly this was destined to be a problematic release disc wise. As soon as I checked the 4K disc and saw the German chapter titles I gave up and haven't bothered with it since.
Same with the Italian discs, not for me...
