Because the bluray it is clearly stated "2" (even if this signal is normally reserved for DVD and not bluray) I think there's a strong chance that it is locked in region B. ..

But I could be wrong ...

My copy arrived today and its very nice from the front, the back is a bit of a let down and of course the lack on inside artwork but overall its a nice release and I prefer it over the UK one that I cancelled. Odd that the DVD is just in a plastic wallet inside and not in a proper disk holder, seems like an afterthought shoved inside and not part of the steelbook, but as my first lenticular steelbook purchase, Im happy.
