Oh man im disapointed! I just spent 50eur to join the gb for this and i actually expected a lenticular slipcase..
I asked the seller on eBay and he confirm me it's a G2.Looks G1 to me.
Guys.... I had a GREAT SURPRISE today when the mail man rang and delivered "some" for my GB.
Here's some REAL pictures of the beast!!!
This looks BADASS!!! It is G2. The lenticular is a MAGNET exactly like the German edition except no embossing/debossing.

Well I'm happy with those pics, cannot wait for it to arrive, now I just have to order myself a region free blu ray player 
Looks very nice without that lenticular card stuck on the Steelbook case. Btw, the finishing seems to be different. Is that gloss varnish or lacquer?

Thanks for the pics Drum! They've made me feel better about it now. I did want to keep this sealed but I guess you'll have to open it if you want the lenticular in the centre! The different artwork under the magnet looks pretty cool though.

didn't mean your pics specifically.It would look a lot better if the lenti was centered. The steelbook looks awesome though. I love the Time Machine cover.
This steelbook is meant to be opened with the way they magnet is placed. I'm glad I'm getting two because I'll get to open one of these. Wouldn't be possible without Drum. Thanks for the group buy
Would have been stellar if they had put a border on it like Titanic or i,Robot. Missed opportunity.
