Had a huge shock during the week , One of my good friends of many years took his own life earlier in the week .

He had been ill for a long time with mental illness and unfortunately he didn't think he could cope with it anymore, But it has really made me step up a gear and really appreciate what i have and the people i have around me.

Never really had anybody close go before so at the moment my heart feels like its been ripped out .

Buddy you'll be missed by us all , Hope you look in on this

The funeral was yesterday and he had a great send off .

Just wanna say a huge thanks to all the members that had helped though this with your kind words .

And a huge thanks to the pms that i received .
