Found this -DVD Outlet (21.49 euros)
Seems to be the lowest price I can find including the cost for international shipping for this particular steelbook release.
21.49 euros. My order to Canada with shipping was about 26 euros. Unfortunately, doesn't look like they deduct the VAT for customers outside of Europe.

this has 100% sure Dutch subtitles as it is clearly stated on the j-card

the j-card itself also contains french and dutch text ( at least the version for Belgium)
