Journey of Discovery: Creating Man of Steel
This is a PIP runs length of the Film

Its on both UK and USA
UK has it only as part of the Ultraviolet Copy

Rest of the extras
All-Out Action 25 min
Krypton Decoded 6 min
Strong Characters 25 min
Superman 75th Anniversary Animated Short (Action Comics on USA Disc) this is really just a trailer 2 min long that's all

Journey of Discovery: Creating Man of Steel
= REST OF EXTRAS
About 4 hours is extras so most of it is Journey of Discovery: Creating Man of Steel
How this work well with ultraviolet I be cautious as compared to USA Disc
If Ultraviolet Download file size is big might be ok
but I would prefer to have it part of a Disc

I've cancelled my copy. I don't want to be paying £20+ for titles Zavvi will be selling for a tenner at Christmas.

Oh well, guess I'll do what I did with the Avengers, wait for the standard US edition to drop in the sales and swap out the discs in the steel , and sell the 3D disc to my mates with a 3D TV, and the 2D to the mate who doesn't care about packaging .

Turns out that the MOS twitter accounts started promoting the BD release yesterday. So I asked #AskSnyder why the lack of extras , and the UK account the same.

I also plan on writing to Warner UK asking the same , if enough people writing / e-mailing/ tweeting they will have to take some notice.

For me Ultraviolet is not an option- broadband not fast enough , and I like to watch stuff on my big screen tv, not my small screen computer and definitely not on my phone.

I can see why they are doing this, when BD live was first announced the plan was to have all the extras streaming on every release, but it didn't catch on.

Paramount/Bad robot got away with putting the commentary for Star trek into Darkness onto the itunes version only , they have to realise that paying for a premium product should not result in a substandard release.

I posted this on the "S" release, thought it might be of help to put it here as well...

Guys, DO NOT get this, and anyone who has it, please comment on these issues.
Spanish edition (which seem to be the same disks the UK, FRANCE and ITALY will get) doesn't have all the extras, but what's worst: IT HAS THE EXTRAS OF A DIFFERENT MOVIE!!

The extras should be:

Journey of Discovery: Creating Man of Steel – An immersive feature-length experience that allows viewers to watch the movie with director Zack Snyder and stars Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Diane Lane and others as they share the incredible journey to re-imagine Superman.
Strong Characters, Legendary Roles – Explore the legendary characters of the Superman mythology and how they have evolved in this new iteration of the Superman story.
All-Out Action – Go inside the intense training regimen that sculpted Henry Cavill into the Man of Steel and Michael Shannon and Antje Traue into his Kyptonian nemeses. Includes interviews with cast and crew.
Krypton Decoded – Dylan Sprayberry (Clark Kent, age 13) gives the lowdown on all the amazing Krypton tech, weapons and spaceships featured in Man of Steel.
Planet Krypton – The world's first exploration of Krypton and its lost society.

Well Journey of discovery is gone and so is planet krypton. Added is the short film ofthe 75th anniversary and...

extras from The hobbit!!!! I mean, seriously, WB, what the hell are you smoking? You use some authoring processs and forget to delete the previous file you were using or what the hell is this? Seriously, you take away some great extras (Journey of discovery seemed like a great extra to me) and you do this??? Cancelling ALL of my pre-orders.

Why do us in the UK get shafted with the special features? And why in the name of the lord Bruce wayne have we got a hobbit extra on the disc?

This Hobbit featurette is something that WB are putting onto their BDs as an extra for their upcoming releases. It's not a mistake
