Per Blu-Devil:
Man Of Steel has been announced for the UK. Artwork is as the German Edition.
It will be 2D/3D BD.
Pre order goes live this coming Friday (23rd) and release date is 2nd December.
Looks to be a store wide release.

As per the announcement, the front cover is the same as the German version minus the '3D' text no mention of 3D on the listing though (yet)

Ill be buying this, I'd like to see a matt steelbook with high gloss for the s symbol, wish they would have gone for a clean cover without the names

These muppets will never learn who would pay that even if it drops it will still be more expensive than the other retailers I mean really I don't know why they're overpricing amazon (duh) everyone would rather shop there better packaging better CS and amazon warehouse staff are not the mad slashers that zavvi's crew are.
You would think they'd learn they can't even move the stock they've got everything is £2 upwords more expensive than elsewhere they keep this up and there won't be a zavvi anymore.

Definitely getting this if that's the final artwork, hope they don't add the 3D writing on the front. Would look amazing if the S shield was embossed with the title debossed. Can't wait for this Blu-ray!

Same here i prefer this artwork but im not gonna pay £35 for one steelbook

This is Warner we're talking about. I fully expect this to be like the Dark Knight Rises steel. Credits at the top, no embossing whatsoever and same artwork worldwide (3D writing excepted).

Zavvi is this a wind up £35 it's $30 at Walmart that's a big difference for 3D disk don't think many people are going to order this same fiasco as iron man 3
