This one gives me an error saying it will only work on a 4k tv and my tv isn't 4k

I have a Samsung KS8000 4k tv and a Samsung 4k player with 4k cables

It then does play through to the menu

But why is it giving me this error?

I'm in the US, does it have something to do with the Region or something since this was from Zavvi UK?

I just checked my BvS 4k steelbook disc from Zavvi and I did not get this error message with it.

Sorry, can't help. Plays fine in my Sony UBPX800 connected to my Panasonic 4K TV (via my Pioneer VSX-S520D Sound System).
