Digital copy included with physical media releases ended years ago with UK/Ireland releases after Ultraviolet closed down
USA releases yes you get digital copy but not with UK releases
The digital version UK/Ireland you have to purchase separately but of you already have Mars Attacks! HD version in your iTunes libaray you get a free upgrade to 4K version when released

Yes, I remember now, Zavvi was the one announcing that they will change immediately at order time…That amazon. You won’t get charged until dispatch. You’ve used amazon before right?
Disc Extras it's not known yet but might include new and legacy these are not classified as digital content but extras aka special features included on the UHD or Blu-ray discsI meant Supportive extra digital content @paulboland like a wealth of new extras.
Not the movie on digital code.
Disc Extras it's not known yet but might include new and legacy these are not classified as digital content but extras aka special features included on the UHD or Blu-ray discs
The extras might also be included as iTunes extras on 4K digital purchase on Apple Store but that's only known when released or just before
Sometimes iTunes extras be it new or legacy if going to be included often get added a few weeks before the 4K physical media or 4K digital version get's released
I think, in a way, nowdays, the term „digital” is used mainly for anything BUT physical, mainly for all that is NON-toucheable (non corporal, non physical), like are the streaming ones and the „digital purchases” (where you buy only the rights to use it for a undefined period of time).... compared with the „content” put on the physical media, which, despite being also digitally stored, is somehow-somewhat owned albeit in a digital format on a physical media/medium.Perhaps I should have worded it more clearly than I did.
When I said digital, I mean - On Disc digital content.

I don't know, I think they're in a financial pickle right now... What with asking customers to become investors not long back, advertising it like we were lucky to be invited.Zavvi is a no go now.
I would be surprised if they don;t reverse that decision.
It must be having an effect on sales.

When ever I see a collector's edition without a booklet and just cards and such, it's automatic wait & see mode before reaching for my wallet.I'm afraid it's going to be a cheaply made Steelbook with terrible artwork. On top of that, there's no booklet included—really ridiculous of Warner.
The Blu-ray Disc Steelbook is perfect and should be re-released as a 4K version.

Tat filled folders seem to be the norm these days. When ever I see a collector's edition without a booklet and just cards and such, it's automatic wait & see mode before reaching for my wallet.
Yeah, stickers are the worst thing they can 'stick' in there, that and 50-cent Chinese pins, that they try to sell at 50× the cost.they're even putting sticker sets in some of them...
Posters I won't hang (and aren't in a fit state to be), stickers I won't 'stick', pins I won't pin on anything.....Yeah, stickers are the worst thing they can 'stick' in there, that and 50-cent Chinese pins, that they try to sell at 50× the cost.
Bent 8-ways posters are another waste – how many cards or how thick a booklet there could be instead using the same paper!
