Zavvi one costs me now 18,89€ if the amazon.de version goes for 16,99€ i will stay with zavvi because i hate that the slip covers the eyes ;)

btw we all know that this stell would appear in another country!

I hope it is the same steelbook like Zavvi.
Why german collectors dont deserve nice steelbooks ?

Normally Scanavo dont produce under a print run of 4.000.

Is this not just the same as Zavvis Who Framed Roger Rabbit (which was voted Steelbook of the year on this very forum)???

Nobody made much noise when the (inferior) German version of that surfaced. Even if there was a gap of a year or so in the print run!!!!!

Well we already know that a minimum print run is 4,000, so Zavvi's 2,500 always seemed a crock from the get-go. We knew there would still be at least another 1,500 somewhere, and look what we have here... The exact same artwork, complete with English text on a German release!

No doubt there are a ton of German SteelBook collectors on a German SteelBook collecting forum all screaming and swearing about this blatant farce! Just as we wouldn't expect a British release to contain German, they most likely don't expect a German release to include English! This sort of thing may be acceptable in Canada or Japan, but I can't see it being as acceptable in a country like Germany

Its called Mars Attacks so i dont see any reason why someone in Germany would complain, if i buy a copy of Les Miserables from the uk i wouldnt expect or want the text to be changed to English, The Miserable, just isnt quite the same. .but thats just my opinion
