Apologies in advance if this is in the wrong forum but I am unsure where to post this.
I have just received this movie 'Mars Needs Moms 3D' from the states and although the movie plays fine, either side has been lopped off by about 1 inch either side and I am unsure why. I am using AnydvdHD and Powerdvd 11 ultra. I had a rip of the movie which did play full screen (flushed with either side) but this original disc is puzzling me.
Does anyone know please why there is a gap either side? Just seems odd why the blu-ray rip plays with no issues. I have 'Jurassic Park 3D' on it's way as well and unsure if I will get the same problem there. I have lots of region 1/A discs and only a very few have given screen size problems.
Would this do the same thing on a hardware player or is this just a pc/software issue.
