Really impressive slipcover.
Takes pride of place in my collection along with the Singapore slipped steels.

Managed to get one of these on ebay uk for £35 inc postage, not sure if that was to much but the slip is one of the best lenticulars I own so am very happy with the purchase.

I bought mine from someone on eBay. HMV Hong Kong has it listed here, but the stock photo only shows an amaray case now. You could always write to them and inquire about it, though.
I can assure you this is long OOP, you can try, but this slip wasn't very obtainable even when it was first released.
