I got the same message.

I'm guessing since Zavvi is known to ship occasional new releases the week prior to release date, their system perhaps automatically flags/emails customers with existing orders because the "expected"' dispatch date in their system wasn't met.

it's just an automated message, zavvi does this all the time if an order has been placed for an extended period of time without being shipped, for some reason it also does it with pre orders even though it hasn't reached the release date yet
so no need to panic!

Technically it did reach the original release date, which was March 3. It was changed to March 10 a couple of weeks ago.

Got the automated 'Sorry for the Lagging' message. Great news cause these last waves, plus all those Thor 2 releases cleaned out my wallet for the moment. Zavvi, take your time! Spread out those release dates for the love of God!
