Looks like the UK release will have Spot Gloss Finish, and debossing

Couldn't order quick enough. 
Damn do I wish they had made more of these in the series. There are so many more books to adapt. Way, too late for this cast now sadly.

Such a shame no sequels were made and I know Russell Crowe pushed hard to get one made. Hollywood gon' Hollywood though.. Big budget series would make most sense if it does ever get a rebootCouldn't order quick enough.

i quite like this, but i think i prefer the previous release artwork, even though it was an unusual image to use:

Also have the Zavvi steelbook. And totally agree. We definitely need a premium of this movie.

Yes, but how exactly do you expect to see spot gloss beneath a seal, and debossing beneath the front & rear of a 1/4 slip? Lol
With my proto X Ray vision of course. Duh. Come on. I was trained by a Buddhist master through years of introspective meditation and seman retention.
I'm not sure that is a debossed border tbh. According to the blurb the title is debossed, so the border would be flat. That's likely just part of the design, as shown in the mockup.

I was considering this, but as I'm digging on the digibook experience as of late, I decided to snag this in that format instead. Really liking the digibook thing. If this thing is pancake flat in the states I'll be even happier with my decision.
It isn't the US version. 1 they don't have 1/4 slips. 2 you can literally see the backs of the slips below it with uk bbfcs on.
