Mine's the silver one also, excellent for the price. I doubt the re-release ever existed.

Nahh, Just have the OP updated. There are separate threads for rereleases all the time.

Received the silver edition today. Shame, as I had hoped for the black one when I first ordered. Does look pretty sleek though, and you could guarantee for no back embossing if there was a black one. Two Men in Black on a black background would look a bit odd.

Not gonna bother with the partial refund business, it'd work out to be just over £1.

Nowhere on Zavvi's site does it state it's a re-release and the picture on their site is a mock-up which I believe was used on Play.com when it was originally released. I won't dare ask them for anymore partial refunds otherwise they'll kick me off

Doesn't really matter. If they won't make sure they have the correct product info, they do have a responsibility as a retailer. 'Subject to change' notices can only get you so far. If this was a DVD release listed as Blu-Ray Zavvi would have to accept the returns. Same with this, but it can be a hassle convincing them. That said, I didn't order this as I already got a copy. One of my favourite steels.
