I've seen this one swell in imax and its too damn good and too loud and i loved it
Are you really saying that because they wanted to protect what was rightfully theirs you no longer like their music?

It's how they handled it. They acted like they were starving artists and we were taking their last scrap of food straight off their cracked plate.
I'm not saying I don't like their music, but I am saying I don't think they've made good music since Napster.

That's fine. Although I don't think they acted exactly the way that you described. That seems more like something you're projecting onto them but whatever.
If you don't like the music they made since the Napster debacle happened then that's absolutely fine. But I do find it weird that you now dislike them in general because of Napster and that they don't make good music anymore.
And let's be honest about the whole Napster thing. What people like myself did was illegal and for them to take a stand doesn't make them bad guys no matter if they have $1 or $100 million in the bank. I've heard alot of people talk about Metallica like you do and about other celebrities that they feel should be happy with the money they have even though whatever case they are complaining about is considered illegal.
And Metallica has clearly changed their mind about it and have given several interviews where they say filesharing is a good thing. For various reasons of course.
Illegal is illegal no matter how much money the person or company it happens to.
Imo no reason to dislike people.
But to each their own.
Well, I thought they could do the blood red stencil for the slipcover, the same style as LE CD, the steelbook itself would be glossy with logo embossed,... I think I was asking too much
