You're right, they don't usually bother or spend for new art, or acquire new likeness rights, so it's either stock images, or some abstract crap.
It's the same steelbook they used for the Blu-Ray. They just replace the Blu-Ray disc with a 4K disc.

What a shame if it's official for the inside artwork.

Great film but the art used for these releases has been poor
