the worst thing about plays packaging is they do actually have good solid boxes as i got 2 steelbooks about 6 months ago inside a double cardboard mailer. They had play printed all over them so i know they do have better boxes there somewhere.

Sent one back last week as it was dented on the back. Got an email today saying that there was no more stock for a replacement so they refunded me!

Sent mine back because of missing paint marks, I too received an email that my payment has been refunded and now it is out of stock, goddamit! Now I have to get another release which is going to be more expensive with all the shipping etc.

Finally after 3 mails, I got a reply on my question. They will fully refund my shipping costs to return my damaged items.
