I apologize if this has been asked before, but I could not find a thread on it. I'm wondering about your opinion of the most valuable Iron Man 2 Blu-ray Steelbook. The Target lenticular version? Taiwan? Thailand? Play.com UK version? Something else?

I suppose there might not be universal agreement on the definition of "valuable," so for the purposes of this question, let's say that value is the average/estimated market price, today, in USD.

I have no agenda here other than to encourage a healthy discussion on the topic, and to learn from the many more experienced Steelbook collectors on this forum. It seems to me that all versions I've seen are gorgeous in their own right.

Thanks in advance for your opinions!

I think that TW will be more valuable some day than the Japan version. AFAIK there were less TW than JP. GI VS G2 as well will make the Japan one less valuable IMO as well. I mean who in the heck would want a DVD sized steelbook when the same exact art exists on the Blu-ray Steelbook?

I agree 200% with you Chip... never understood why the JP version was considered a "grail"... :wtf:

A DVD sized steel is so 2004.... :hilarious:
