Incredibly touching, nostalgic, true film that knows what it's talking about. I cried minimum three times. It's disarmingly sweet and powerful, even though the story is quite simple, and I have a couple of questions regarding opportunities to change the future and have some financial gain after all.
Main girl actress, Maisy Stella, is so good, she gave off Alicia Silverstone vibes, maybe not exactly looking alike, but acting and behavior-wise.
Audrey Plaza isn't her regular dry wit sarcastic self, is rather subdued and quiet and there isn't much of her on screen.
Nice to see Maria Dizzia as the mother, she's beautiful.
I'm so freaking sad after this film, I just can't...

Feels weird seeing Maisy Stella all grown up. I remember her from years ago when she was probably like 6 or something and had that viral cup song video with her older sister, Lennon (love her album btw). Seems she's just as great at acting as she is singing anyway. Looking forward to checking this out!
