There are quite a few steelbooks of it though, unlike for the ones in my signature....oh, and Blue Velvet....and Stalker and Solaris.....

I genuinely haven't seen any before whenever I looked, will have to check again!

Certainly room for improvement but there was a French Bluray Steelbook years ago. - It had a printed bluray banner and text on the back though, so definitely needs an upgrade!

I read that the 4K of The Abyss is in the works, like imminently, along with True Lies.... But that was the tail end of last year that I heard about those and still no sign.

My answer to this is always No Country For Old Men. The fact we still don't even have a standard 4K release of it is shameful.

UK got a Blu-ray SteelBook release in 2016 from Paramount was a Zavvi Exclusive limited to 2000
Was part of a Paramount and Universal wave of SteelBooks in slipcases the paramount ones was embossed
