If Zavvi don't release it, then I might have to go for the German version.

On the DVD for the original film as well as for the sequel, there was an ampersand.

Sorry, I was referring to the theatrical release in Germany.
If it was released in the cinema with an ampersand then I would hope it would be the same for the steelbook.
