Prices updated in OP. Looks as though the extra £1 at Zavvi may be worth the extra packaging judging by the majority of comments on here. Oddly enough Zavvi let me use my 10% student discount on it, which is strange as it usually doesn't work on pre-orders

Id use either of the others for the customer service - the packaging from both Sainsburys and Amazon is more than sufficient

Amazon pre-order is live at £20.99!

Anyone else notice that the newer steels are starting to shoot up in price right out of the gate?

Skyfall (even as a brand new mega blockbuster release) was £14.99, then £17.99 on the restock.

And here now we have a single disc, non-3D, non-exclusive steelbook starting out at £20.99 on Amazon? What's happening?

Yeah Amazon have been like that for a while now, though these Universal steels are always overpriced more than other retail-wide steels.

I think overall its down to the lack of other competitor online retailers now that HMV and Play.com are gone.... Amazon no they can charge more than before because Zavvi will always charge even more no matter what!

Funny thing is tho i always overlook Sainbury who are probably now the lowest cost online retailer for steels - just because i automatically turn my nose up at the thought of buying a steel form an online grocery store

...that might be changing soon tho

Vaako, lol-highly doubt he'd sign anything for that price.....but, I think the price will drop...many months to release date. I usually preorder so I don't forget the ones I want. For a while there I could not really deal with Tom in movies...but this one actually made me like him somewhat again...and the Steel looks cool to boot. Probably unlikely, but I hope we see some different covers for this one. Soundtrack is pretty cool too...especially 'Oblivion', imo.
