November 25th looking a busy day for new releases - this, Monsters University, The World's End and Despicable Me 2. Tough day for anyone wanting them all.

Not forgetting the Xbox One on the 22nd and PS4 on the 29th, luckily all my stuff's paid for :)

£17.99??? No thanks, especially considering the Drive steelbook was £10.99!

I'm pretty sure it was £12.99 actually :p

I don't think it's a bad price really, especially if we get a discount code and they choose some really cool artwork.

Yeah it was £12.99

Either way, it's to expensive and I won't be buying it at that price no matter how good the artwork is ;)

Ironic that the Empire contest states "your artwork could be on the shelves of shops everywhere" - seems that will no longer be the case.

I'm honestly confused why no other retailer has shown any interest in the bevy of new steelbooks that are being churned out. It's great that they are available from somewhere, but having only one outlet means no competition for prices and naturally means they will cost more.

Fingers crossed that the artwork is amazing.

I actually in some way support Zavvi and their expensiveness of Only God Forgives. Nowadays I complain more about the people who deliberately pre order more than 1, and sell the remaining "imperfect" Steelbooks on eBay at extortionate levels above the RRP for their own profit when Zavvi have run out of copies.

The more expensive it is on Zavvi, the more people will be put off buying it from the ripoff artists on eBay.

But yeah I do think at that price Zavvi should at least be including something else with it. At least give us an Ultraviolet card.

The film is one of the worst of 2013 so the price tag is enough to put me off totally. Thanks Zavvi

Nice sentiment, that I don't agree with, but this film really panned with critics and audiences. It probably wouldn't sell out at pre-order at £11 if something like taxi driver is still in stock.

This is not the next "drive" despite having the same director and lead actor. I for one am really looking forward to this, but won't even consider paying more than £12. The amray will be £5 in no time, all IMO of course :)
