I went in expecting it to be abysmal, but was pleasantly surprised by the first 2/3. The last third throws away pretty much everything that made what came before it interesting.

Still, it has some great visuals (wish I'd seen it in 3D), and Pratt and Lawrence both carry the film well.

I'll probably grab this FAC release if the 3D disc is included. Big faces be damned!

There seems to be 2 WWAs of this release, one with the heads on the artwork as in the BS (2D only release like the Mediamarkt one), and the other with the title and the spaceship only which is the 2D and 3D release (like the Zavvi one). It seems strange that they would use the 2D artwork for the BS and then use the 3D release artwork on their site.

I really hope they use the first artwork!!

I liked the movie but it was nothing special. If it weren't for the actors, this wouldn't make the theaters if you ask me :p
The story was something that I'd expect from a Sci-Fi TV show tbh.
(reminded me a bit of the Voyager episode where everyone goes to sleep and n7of9 remains awake for "maintenance")

I'm one of those people who think that that if the ending stinks, the whole movie is ruined.
Land the plane! Or don't fly it!!

Despite really enjoying the first 70 minutes or so, I couldn't help but think that while watching it.

I'm curious if the studio would've green lit the script without two of the most sought after actors in the biz...
