It's your own fault for missing out for not 'following the comments'

No one on HDN is here to ensure all its members are kept up to date with every single development on every single release certainly when members can't be bothered to read beyond one post per thread

Like I said you've got no one to blame but yourself

nobody should have to read all the comments to know if a release has happened. that's what updating the OP is for

HDN is actually the #1 source for information about steelbook releases on the internet, so...

and I never said anything about "every single development on every single release"... let's not resort to ridiculous absolutes just to argue a point eh?

Like I said you've got no one to blame but yourself

obviously false. I can easily blame the fact that the OP was not updated.

I opened the Zeta copy mainly because I wasn't so keen on the big face from FA lol. Prefer the Zeta's front artwork.

Just picked my copy up from the post office, stunning release!! Has the best Steelbook for this film (with the title on the front), excellent looking slipbox (love the embossed spot gloss on the space suits) and the loose Lenti is very nice and crisp as well

Can't see how Film Arena's top this tbh, certainly happy I don't just look at the OP in threads ;)

Filmarena have great full slips. Similar feel to the Zeta's full slip. For this release both have spot glossing on front, obviously FA has more spot glossing than Zeta's.
Steelbook is the same.
Both have similar amount of goodies. FA have the smaller character cards where as Zeta has the goodies open booklet to store everything in.
Both with a Lenti.
FA has the extra gift coin but the price is more expensive than Zeta's moderate £41 shipped to the UK for a single steel where as FA would cost £50 shipped to the UK on its own due to expensive shipping for one steel.

I think Both are decent in their own ways.

People keep bringing up FAC's version, but not Kimchi's I think theirs was superior to the FAC one and the slips were Kimchi at their best

I think is because Kimchi has the skinny tall slip, less goodies, which is difficult to compare with. Both Zeta and FA have the thick slips, more space for goodies so its easier to make a direct comparison.

Oh yeah very true, didn't really think of it that way, makes more sense

Incorrect, FA's steel doesn't have the title on the cover of the Steelbook

Not for me it's not, blank space on FA's steel looks unfinished and highlights the floating heads

Anybody know if there is any difference between this HDZeta steelbook and the Best Buy steelbook, besides of course the discs? I know both have the title on the cover, but is there any other difference? I prefer to open my premiums, but only if they are different. Thanks.
