This steelbook was designed without a title in mind on the front.
Now that they've added it, it looks so obviously like an afterthought and too cramped IMO......

a 2D+3D steel for part 4 would be great. I have the 3D disc in my hmv steel, but it really could do with a new steel.
DEAD MEN TELL NO TALES is the original title from the country it was made in, so that makes it the original title. You can prefer the alternate title if you want.
It was a good movie -- better than all of the others besides the first. It was basically a reboot of the franchise and original film.

Mine arrived today, very meh.
I wasn’t expecting much though, hopefully there will be a better release of this and Stranger Tides that is more in line with the Zavvi Trilogy.
Is there actually a steelbook version without the title on the front? I know the German one has no title on the spine.
I bought the Aussi 4K amaray. My idea was to replace the blu-ray (or add it to) in the steelbook.
Otherwise I think I need to buy the 4K steelbook as well (best buy version).

Yes, it's true, this new one does not fit in so well with the matching trio of handsome steelbooks also from Zavvi . . . and exactly like the new one they all have embossing (if only the titles) and spot-glossing (if only the artwork):-
However, the new one does go rather better design-wise with a couple of the other PotC steelbooks out there:-

great week for arrivals so far! i am a big fan of the Pirates franchise. yes, they are not all brilliant, but i do find them very easy to watch - and fun. and this steel is an absolute beauty. the gold gloss really zings off the black matt background. 
@cesarleeds, you wanted the J-card - here you go:
i did the same thing as @thewoe and placed all mine next to each other. they do look different, but i'm not that bothered. it may be because i'm being distracted by the awesome embossing on this baby. the whole skull is embossed, surround, eyes, nose, some of the bones, the lot. after all that, it's a shame they didn't do the title as well!

Yeah I didn't even bother with this because it didn't match the others. I don't know why I ever bother with releases that may have a sequel in future as there's a 99% chance they'll change style when it happens. So fricking annoying
