I've been collecting for three days now and with the intent of making it strictly Batman-related and then eventually branching out. Looks like that didn't even last a day and I now have a lot more than what I would have wanted (one of the main reasons I didn't want to start collecting in the first place). Oh well, at least this put a stop to my steelbook purchasing (if only temporarily), haha...

that was one of my first intentions too, find all and only bats... that failed horribly for me cause of two reasons... 1) there are a lot of awesome pops out there besides bats and 2) finding all the bats within budget is probably impossible

i was the same way with both steels and pops in the beginning buddy so dont feel too bad, self control is over rated lol. I mean the Sdcc blue metallic batman is $500 IF you can find him, so ive given up on collecting all the bats. Its good to limit yourself to a couple of lines depending on budget, thats the position im in now, only looking for dc, disney/marvel and chase items. If you ever need help finding things, feel free in contacting me

Yeah, once I saw how man Batman's there were and how much some were going, I pretty much scrapped that idea. Just lucky I learned that quickly. And thanks on the offer! May just have to one day as I get more into it and learn to become more selective, haha...

My pickups from the last couple of days:

Got SUPER LUCKY at my local Walgreen's with the IMs & Capt.!!! Roger came from eBay. One away from completing his collection (Just need the weasel).

Been EAGERLY awaiting this X-Men series!!! Had to grab them all, although the Magneto is the Metallic Hot Topic Exclusive and not the regular version (Have the regular on the way. The Metallic HT Exclusive is NICE!!!)

Found another Flocked Simba HT Exclusive as well as the Transparent Cheshire Cat HT Exclusive (got rid of my extra, so needed an in-box). My Hot Topic FINALLY got the GITD Comikaze Exclusive Storm in yesterday. Luckily, I just so happened to have gone to get the other X-Men.
