Ask my wallet about impact
So my serious answer: this is my workplace. And Im working at a 32 bed intensive care unit, operative multidisciplinary. Second largest intensive care unit in Germany. Most of our patients are neurosurgical, brain aneurysms for example. We also getting the Polytraumas with helicopter, for example after car crashs or heavy incidents like get overran from a train.
It made an impact because after time you see things different. You value things different. You should be aware of that it takes one second and you're an invalid. Wake up each morning and be thankful that you alive and healthy.
Also I love to work in a Team and I coulndt sit the whole day at a desk on work so most of the time im running 8 hours of my workday nonstop. I love that and I need that. iPhone Health says I do 14-16 000 steps without activity after work. The youth need to learn how to get in contact with people that are old, invalid or limited. They dont learn that anymore. Its a cold world out there.
The only "negative" point is that I dont watch "gore" movies. I love old horror like Hammer or I love good thriller. But at my off I dont need to see organs and blood that much. Thats what I see at work.
And the other negative point is the payment over here in germany. Its a joke compared to other countrys in europe or worldwide.
