P.S. I actually never liked Predator as a character, that's why anything with Aliens is better...
"The Predator" is by far the worst. Well, near jointly so with AVP2, if we're including the crossovers. For me it would go;

I should give killer of killers another go, because I didn't really rate it as a "film" when I watched it first. It just felt more like a mini series that was strung together into a single feature tbh.

That’s exactly how I’d rate them too I think but I’d almost be inclined to stick AVP Requiem above badlands soley because of how great Wolf’s design was. He deserved such a better movie (and one where you could actually see him lol).
Best review I've seen of this film is as follows:
"This film was so bad, I got up and left halfway though and this was the in-flight movie".
