I haven't gone 3D yet. I only have about 3500 hours on my PJ and it is still running like a champ. I just can't justify upgrading at this time. I keep hoping it breaks down on me.

Seriously, steels like this are mostly for the slipcovers and extras like the booklet.

Well not sure what to make of this but I orignally made an order through yesasia.com. I decided to cancel since JSDVD had it cheaper so I emailed them regarding cancellation and they later replied that it would be removed from my account. So a few weeks have past and now I see an email stating it has been shipped. So I checked my checking account for any charges and as of now I don't see any.

Yes Taiwan is really upping their steelbook game - short of a full slipcover, they have made these slipcovers out of a heavier cardboard cut to the shape of the steelbook with rounded corners (unlike the slips with the sharp covers - bad for ploybagging). And as someone said earlier on - the shrink wrap is definitely higher in weight compared to the others. Overall the steelbook feels very solid of higher quality.

Defo well pleased with this...Quality Holy Grail release. It cost on average £32 each shipped, only £8 more than the Play one.

Watch out for paint chips inside. The matte finish shows it's ugly face.

The sealed pics are in the original post and I don't think you will see the undressed pictures any time soon. One thing I am very glad of is the omission of the blu-ray logo on the top right on the front cover.

Is the Spine title in English or Chinese language? I hope the former.....

The blu-ray logo is not on top right all right....they're on bottom right if the UK version is any indicator.
