Can you log into your account and check the shipping information? Check the Delivery Address to your payment for the shipping invoice. Is that the correct address?
If it's the correct address, then jsdvd should be responsible to correct it.

Thanks buddy, I don't know yet what went wrong and Parcelforce (EMS UK) are closed for the weekend.
Tracking info shows something really weird though - it says the courier contacted the recipient and advised them to collect the package from a depot. Then the parcel is shown as 'delivered' so it sounds like the van returned to the address later in the day and delivered the package. So someone at another address requested the parcel to be delivered to them even though they knew it was not for them. It stinks.
Gutted, because I really wanted this one and was so pleased to get a pre-order in.
Guess I'm going to find out now how good (or bad) JSDVD's customer service is.
Thanks MF, yeah it's the correct address and the same one I've used before. If JSDVD addressed it correctly then I guess it's the UK courier's screw up.
From my point of view I paid for goods I didn't receive so I think it's up to JSDVD to refund me and claim from the courier company. How readily they'll be willing to do that I don't know, but I'll find out soon enough. What a sickener to deal with though - I hope this doesn't happen to any of you guys.

VRob98, sorry about your current situation. I'm sure everything will turn out well. There customer service so far has been good with my requests.
I agree with you. JSDVD needs to claim and work out with the postal service. I wish you good luck.... Show them this thread so they know their other customers are waiting for the outcome...
Do not buy from yesasia. They cancel orders. Now i have to find a copy at a reasonable price. 69 USD was already expensive but now that there pushing the three digit mark might have to say the hell with this steel. Im not paying more that a 99 USD for a steel i should already own. This game is really foul sometimes

Crazy...I cancelled my yesasia order a month ago knowing JSDVD.com would be lil' cheaper with shipping. Than last week I get an email saying it's been shipped. I've already received my jsdvd copy. Now i'm getting another copy probably within the next 2 weeks. They even confirmed my cancellation with an email yet they still shipped it.
Honestly I thought it was cancelled. Sent the email...they replied back and everything seemed to be cool so I forgot about it. But than I get a shipping notice just last week.

You know what luck is? Getting a SB order in from either K2DVD or kimchidvd before it goes OOS...thats luck.
