Prometheus 3D (Target Exclusive 4-Disc Collector's Edition w/ Art Book) [USA]

Target will be releasing an exclusive for Prometheus on October 9th even though it's not listed on their Web site (looks to be another silent exclusive like their Indiana Jones set with lithographs). I've seen several photos of this on other forums now, but these new ones are the best.

The photos attached to this are courtesy of BR user pockay. They show the film, a slipbox and the mini art book (similar to the Target exclusive Snow White & the Huntsman).

No pricing details were given.

You and I wish... for some reason neither Target exclusive is registered online. Target Exclusive... not in Target's database!

But I will be on the lookout all week because they have been price matching Best Buy ads (Trade & Save Coupon and all) so many members in other forums have been getting the 4 Disc Target Exclusive set for $20 USD!

I have been to a couple of Target's and they only have the slipcover 3D version. I will try a couple other's. Why would Target advertise it and then not stock it.

From what I heard, Nope. But it maybe a luck thing depending on the cashier you get as always. But more than 5 people on BD said it worked for them and the others said they atleast got the $25 BB price match. If I had a coupon I would bring it just to be safe. But again the ones who it worked for didnt have too because the trade and save ad is in the same BB paper they brought for price matching.

Yup, took the BB flyer where it states $19.99 for the 3D edition with coupon and the Target lady very happily gave me the price match. Wow. I should shop there more often.

Wow! It looks like that Target store doesn't use security cases for their new releases. I'm so jealous.

It seems like Target only carry limited supplies of 3D movies. I couldn't find 3D versions of Lorax, Avengers, or Prometheus at my local store.

Checked local Target this morning for 4 disc box set and they are completely out. If anyone has any remaining at their local Target and could pick me one up in mint condition I'd very much appreciate it. I'll cover all costs +

for those in my area (pasadena,ca)... both pasadena stores and alhambra store has them in stock. I personally believe they were restocked this morning because when i went yesterday afternoon, the lady said they were sold out. So for those who can't find them, i would keep calling the store causes it possible they have more in the back

It's better than paying $45+ for these on eBay. My local target just got restocked with 10+ copies.
