So there doesn't really seem to be any difference between these across countries? I ask because the German one says 'Limited Edition', so I was just curious if anyone had discovered differences?

I think they usually mean limited within a particular country Db. I remember with the Tintin digibook, there were "limited editions" in several European countries.

Hey Martin-absolutely-just was not sure if anyone knew if there was an extra 'goodie' thrown into German box,too I guess we shall see....Alien is my weakness, will end up getting this in some way, shape or form, LOL.
