First of all, you need to start quoting people or they'll never get a notification and/or reply to you.

Secondly, if you mean @PunkNinja, I think those movies are not his cup of tea. Doesn't mean they are necessarily 'bad'. Looks like he's pleased with a few movies there. I loved Arrival, but i didnt love Peculiar Children. I enjoyed watching it though but that's about it. And i have a strong feeling that i'll love Split too.

I'm kinda disappointed about Suicide Squad and Jack Reacher that's why I gave them an average rating probably because of high expectations.
@AlienKing Arrival is good soft scifi film. I really enjoyed it. Miss Peregrine is darker than I thought and loved it. I think Tim Burton should do a straight up horror film. I think Sweeney Todd, Sleepy Hollow and Pee-wee's Big Adventure are the closest he got to a horror flick.
You'll love Split if you like indestructible glass.

I dont know what that means but i have this thing. I tend to break glasses. Be it a cup, plate or container. But i've broken quite a few ones.

And yes, Arrival is a soft scifi and i love that. I want more different types if scifi films. As soon i mention scifi people typically think 'action'. I dont like that.
