Anyone hearing 99 luftballons right now?
Only after reading comment, and now its stuck in my head
I watched it a number of times as a young person.
It’s a bit dated but I think the message holds up today.
The remake, unfortunately, rang pretty hollow and couldn’t resonate the same way.
Hopefully the UK one will turn out the same as this...

I watched the film for the first time since this thread began, it had some good stuff in but overall I didn't care for it. In the end passed on it.
Bloody gorgeous steelbook though. Definitely in the running for best of 2025 already.
