The J Card shows that it is region A so it is most likely locked. However the 4K disc, like all 4K discs, are region free.

Funny, because I believe that is the clip from the 2013 Academy Awards the year Seth MacFarlane hosted.
It's from the musical number where MacFarlane mentions the names of many of the actresses in attendance who "we saw your boobs" and the films they were seen in. I think he mentions almost all of the films that Kate Winslet has been in. Then he mentions that we haven't seen Jennifer's and that is her reaction. Most likely rehearsed.
Of course not long after that her selfies were all over the internet. And of course now there is Red Sparrow.

Looks like it came out really nicely all glossy JACK REACHER style ... unlike the spot-glossed ROW steelbook ... just the title? (TBC) ... with its the deep, rich luxurious black background, B&W/sepia art, white print cast and red title ... embossed title would've worked fine here too although "JENNIFER LAWRENCE" print would likely have been relegated to the framing border:-
