It is 5 yes, however I never risk it if I am buying for me, my cousin and my brother I only order 4 max. Therefore they don't get 2 copies like me

I'm using Chrome and I've noticed with Zavvi that the pre-order button appears fist if I use IE. Not sure about Mozilla or Safari
