I've just had mine a few weeks back, im from U.K. and my player is region b. It played the first movie fine so im positive its region free. I hav'nt watched the other 2 movies yet though!!

This is one favourite steelbooks, just dig the mix of debossed and embossed lettering and umbrella symbol on the black bg, wow, it's def up there with IM/Rambo & Wanted, I finally managed to get hold of a sealed and mint copy, took me a while but it's sooooooo worth the wait:

I didn't know this steel existed until about a couple weeks ago. I have never wanted combined movie steelbook but man this one is special. I wish I knew about it at release and got it. Too expensive now. And I love the RE movies.
