Does anyone know yet what the audio specs are yet? Was this even released in Cantonese on Hong Kong DVD?
This may be the only Jackie Chan film that I wouldn't be too upset if the Blu-ray was only the English dub because that's the version I saw when it played in the theaters here in the USA and this film got me into Jackie Chan flicks!
This Rumble in the Bronx Blu-ray is one of the best looking and sounding Blu-rays of a 1990s Hong Kong film. Both soundtracks, Dts-hd 5.1 and the PCM 2.0, sound impressive and are extremely active.
This Blu-ray video and audio quality is easily 4 out of 5 stars. If it wasn't for a tiny bit of jitter that sometimes shows up (probably due to filmmaking rather than Blu-ray video), I would give the video a 4.5 out of 5!
Big, big, big, big mistake if anyone passes up on this Blu-ray of one of Jackie Chan's greatest films!
