It's not actually still in Incheon. they stop tracking it when it leaves Incheon, so until it gets registered in whatever country it's going to, it will say it's in Incheon.

its not my first kimchi order ;) i know that.. :)
just wanted to be funny ;)

Reading one those people stating that "these things happen" is infuriating! If Zavvi did that the lynch mob would be out in force!

Wait, are you criticizing Kimchi? Where do you think you are, man :blackalien: ? To err is human after all (unless it's Zavvi in which case they're horrible monsters).

Besides, Kimchi is basically one poor guy in his basement doing his best, whereas Mr. Zavvi is a ruthless mogul at the head of a multinational who's strolling in the warehouse with a baseball bat swinging away on piles of steelbooks on a daily basis :cyborg:.

As for Rush, I'm happy with the UK edition, but I am glad to see Kimchi is always including French subtitles in all of its releases now (they did so on Léon and The Pianist, they're doing it on Rush, they'll do it on Perfume, no need for Amélie), they don't have to, but they know they have plenty of French customers (like me; I currently have Infernal Affairs and Perfume on pre-order - I better get my lenticulars btw :android:), and that's a nice touch.

Well done for missing the point of my post...

I wasn't criticising Kimchi, I was highlighting that if it was Zavvi sending incorrect products out people would kick off! If anything, I'm highlighting and questioning Kimchi's seemingly "untouchable" status, that's all.

my tracking infos says"incheon" too.
I paid 32.32 $ for 4 items and for that money I think it could arrive faster. No express delivery possible for that money? I order from amazon.jp and it arrives in 3 or 4 days max and costs much less.

I think what members complain more about is that people buy copies to re-sell and make a profit, when genuine collectors that have no intention of selling, miss out.

In this case though, it seems one of those individuals got stung, which I'd say has pleased some members who missed out. Excluding the time lost, they've probably lost money due to potential customs, eBay/PayPal fees and P&P. Hopefully now in the future they won't be as quick to take stock off the shelves to try and make a quick buck, making more available to those who want to keep it. Also, I've noticed some of the usernames on eBay are similar to a couple of names on here, so hard luck folks. ;)

Still waiting for mine to arrive, looking forward to it. Any UK members that have their copies receive customs charges?

I agree wholeheartedly Rpg, plus I'm glad that the folk buying a quantity of ultra run zavvi steels to put on ebay, for between £25-£28 quid are leaving with no bids  I think it's due to the sheer quantity of steel releases lately, steelbooks just aren't as scarce now. Plus with multi releases of the same movie
