I really like Bella Thorne, and most of her movies, so went into this 'blind', just based off the premise. The story is great, one of those that I like – about maniacs and avengers, it's just executed poorly, with a partially faulty script and dumb dialogue.
Still some good scenes in here, but honestly I can't recommend this. Ryan Phillippe has nothing to do here, so he just sleepwalks through his brief appearances. Rebecca de Mornay is reduced to a half crazy old grandma, and only Frank Whaley has a few interesting scenes.

Remember my '3 stars' is basically the lowest rating for something I at least somewhat enjoyed, anything lower means there was more bad than good in it, and 2 stars or less means I hated it...
