How can anyone say this is a crap film? You need to watch it again. It is awesome.

It's a shame these Pop Art steels aren't given a better treatment. Much of the artwork isn't half bad and most of them feature colors that'd really pop with gloss--not to mention having clean lines that'd work great for 'bossing.

Imagine this with a debossed title and spot gloss (title and silhouette). It'd be a real stunner.

Sadly, we'll probably get stuck with flat and matte instead of glossed and 'bossed.

I imagine it will be the same disc as in the previous steelbook from 2010 - in other words, "1 movie, 3 cuts - Extended Edition | Original Theatrical Version + 2 Additional Extended Cuts"

Same here... original steel is enough for me. I also need to give it a rewatch... I don't remember loving it the first time, but then I don't exactly remember hating it either.

Will preorder this to go with the rest of the Pop Art line but man November 21st is starting to look brutal! This, Boyz N The Hood, Pineapple Express, Hellboy, Star Trek Beyond, Ghostbusters steelbook & the 4K release, Spider-Man 3 & To Live & Die In LA from Arrow. 9 releases in one day. That has to be a new record for me!

I am not sure about this art. It has me wanting to like it. It could look good in hand. I might buy but I think it will show up in the States. Zavvi does for the most part have pretty good damage rate compared to any of the Amazons. I am getting fed up with Amazon Europe. Too much damage steels. At least zavvi knows how to handle them, its the mail system that doesn't handle very well.

Will be pre-ordering this new one despite owning the very different looking original release from 2010 and despite there being no back art to speak of . . . in all honesty it's a buy more for the fact that it's apparently limited to 500 (with the U.K. j-card) hence limited chance of picking up this particular example after the day is out.

Of course, and it goes without saying, this steelbook - along with the previous 3 in this mini Pop Art run - is or will be available cheaper from other territories with other j-cards so no need to panic if not fussed by the j-card or by the very limited nature release.

Also, in answer to the future question "What were you doing when Angie's marriage ended?" I can say "I was buying her steelbook" . . .
