I fu**ing love Angelina in this! This is a great action flick. Angelina revived the action genre with this before Keanu's John Wick or Denzel's Equalizer. I'm surprised there was never a sequel/prequel.
I don't think Angelina revived the action genre! (Hyperbole alert!)This is a great action flick. Angelina revived the action genre with this before Keanu's John Wick or Denzel's Equalizer. I'm surprised there was never a sequel/prequel.
(And, give Philip Noyce some credit, eh?!
).May be. If the art is to my liking. I dont actually own this movie in any form yet...included in the recently announced Sony Wave..maybe Pop Art?

Only a little of over 12 months before this opened we had Quantum of Solace, Wanted, Fast and Furious, and Taken...Action genre was fine....(And, give Philip Noyce some credit, eh?!

I liked SALT.Nice art, bad film
Love the orange toward the bottom

I liked SALT.
I am the opposite here. Bad art, good film.
Yeah watch it again. It was a solid espionage thriller! You would be
I've only seen it once so maybe another viewing is due
I remember thinking it was as bad as wanted

I am a fan of Night Watch and Day Watch and Timur. So, yeah, I loved it.Will do
Please don't tell me you liked wanted though?
I love a bit of mindless bullsh*t action (well quite a lot actually) but that was painful to watch

(If only for watching Chris Pratt get whacked in the face with a computer keyboard!).
Despite his last two films, Bekmembatov is a very gifted director.
(And just like Lucas (ILM), Cameron (Digital Domain) and Jackson (Weta) before him - he started his own effects company to create his visions).
The only thing that bugged me about it was Danny Elfman's score.I totally forgot about night watch. I went mad for that back in the day but I was so dissapointed with day watch. I waited so long for that too. Still got my night watch DVD somwhere. Not seen it in years
I thought I was going to like wanted but it just wound me up. The bullet stuff grinded on me.
