It's o.k. Unless it's a "Cadillac" release- I'm mainly in it for the Steelbook case (and although some don't like it- I DO because it is the original one-sheet poster!).
(Also- based on your user name- you probably shouldn't see the movie ENEMY!!;))

Yup, it's the same repackaged disc and while the PQ is definitely better than the US BD, I'm likely going to send it back because of the lossy audio. Too bad, decent-looking steelbook too. Hope you enjoy your copy!

Exactly, it's all about the reverse bear trap imagery for myself. I don't mind jigsaw or billy's faces but they've been done to death at this stage so it's nice to have something different.

Yeah, I saw that in the trailer :D :D but seriously is that movie any good?

ENEMY is very Lynchian. And requires thinking about it! (And finding out on the internet what everybody else thought it was about!)
The director (who is doing Blade Runner 2) has crazy command of tone, and imagery. Also very Kubrickian in his composition and framing. The music score is fantastic.
You have to pay attention to everything (kinda like Inception, Coherence, & Predestination)
But- like Lynch- not everyone's cup of tea.
I know I can't remember the last time an ending of a movie freaked me out so much!
Some people don't like to get challenged too much on plot- I do. (Not trying to sound hoity-toity! I just like movies that are puzzles!).:D

Excellent, huge Lynch & Kubrick fan myself and I do love a good thinking mans film. I'll have check it out soon and if I like it I'll debate putting my hard earned cash down for that lovely German steel.

I drew the short straw, unfortunately with this release. For the first time since ordering from Amazon DE, mine came in a flimsy cardboard holder with steelbook bashed. I then had to send this back, at my expense, and wait for it to be returned to Germany from UK, before they would replace it for me. The new one eventually arrived, and you guessed it, dented. I have since returned that and got a full refund. It was ok in hand, but nothing special. The thing I found interesting was the first one to arrive was bright, bright red. The 2nd dented one was a very pale orange colour. Quality control not great.

This steelbook looks cool. Shame Germany get all these cools steels. Dare say zavvi will have a subpar version eventually
Amazon ship internationally, and I'm sure this would be cheaper to pick up from Amazon Germany than it would be from Zavvi, based on the £ to Euro exchange rate.
