Word on the street is it is a repackage of the old disc, with the VC-1 encode and DTS-HD HR 7.1 track. Can anyone report on the PQ and AQ of this steel and whether they used the 4k remaster?
got mine today from amazon germany, it was dented and had paint chips on the front, it wasnt due to packaging though because it arrived in oversized box
they are sending me a new one
Yeah, I've heard that too. I'm going to test it out in a few hours to see if it's true. If doesn't have DTS-HD MA, I'm going to send it back somehow for false advertising but don't know if Amazon Germany will help me with that or StudioCanal needs to deal with it.Word on the street is it is a repackage of the old disc, with the VC-1 encode and DTS-HD HR 7.1 track.

It's o.k. Unless it's a "Cadillac" release- I'm mainly in it for the Steelbook case (and although some don't like it- I DO because it is the original one-sheet poster!).@C.C. 95 It is the exact same repackaged disc. I checked this last week when the steel arrived, popped the disc in and was thoroughly disappointed to find out that the audio was still DTS HR. Ah well, gonna still keep mine.
