Even though these 3 new Saw steelbooks don't say unrated on the front of the pet slip like the pet slip for the first movie, they appear to feature the unrated versions. If you scroll down the Amazon page, the product details state: "MPAA rating: Unrated (Not Rated)."

Pic of the back has the R rating box, and runtime says 108 mins which is the length of the R rated version. Unrated is 109, and DC is 115.

Hopefully they just made a mistake on the mock ups, they really need to let us know what's going on as I do think it's a deal breaker for a lot of people.

Yeah, I saw the back cover, but I'm hoping the product details are correct. Maybe the chance is slim, but the mock ups could be wrong and be updated. There is a chance these new movies are unrated since the 4K steelbook for the first SAW movie was unrated.

At the expense of me sounding like a simpleton - but on each of the new Saw releases it now says ‘unedited version’ in the headline!? Does this mean they are, in fact - the Unrated editions?

I might be a bit overly cynical, but I feel like they're playing word games here. It seems like they're using unedited to make us think unrated/uncut, when they mean unchanged/original theatrical cut.

They really need to clear up the confusion.

Personally I don't really care, I got the German 8-movie digipack with the most extras and all the unrated versions, and basically only buying the steelbooks. Sure it'd be nice to have these in UHD, but it doesn't really matter. Blu-rays look good enough.
