So Film&More only ship within Italy, but DVD store does to some other countries. Did anyone purchase from them, how did you get around their tax request form?

@ 64.00 USD equivalent, it's $19.00 overpriced. worth $45.00 perhaps, but nothing more. got this in the mail today, and has a thin slip and useless goodies (imo - mousepad and socks).
