I just realized that the North American Scream 2 (4K+Blu-ray+Digital Code) steelbook is available to order from Zavvi.ca.
It's in stock and shipping now. This is a separate listing from the Zavvi UK steelbook.
According to the images in the listing this one doesn't have the UK logos or UK discs and includes the digital code.
I haven't been able to find any Canadian retailers selling this steelbook.
It's CA$48.49 + $6.16 shipping.
